The atmosphere of the Mukdahan Pride Festival 2025 featured Asst. Prof. Dr. Jare Singhakowin, Dean of the School of Social Development and Management Strategy, National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA), participating in the equality parade promoting gender equity and inclusion. He also joined a panel discussion titled “Progress and the Role of the Public Sector and Educational Institutions in Promoting Gender Equality in Mukdahan Province.” The event took place in Mukdahan Province on 27 June 2025
