Asst.Prof.Dr.Pongthep Chandasuwan

Asst.Prof.Dr.Pongthep Chandasuwan is the instructor at School of Social and Environmental Development, National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA), Bangkok, Thailand. He received his Bachelor's Degree at Ramkhamhaeng University and Master's Degree at NIDA, both in Business Administration in Marketing. Additionally, he received his Doctor’s Degree in Social Development and Environmental Management at NIDA.Asst.Prof.Dr.Pongthep Chandasuwan is the instructor at School of Social and Environmental Development, National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA), Bangkok, Thailand. He has published several articles in various journals, for example: Logical Connection between Strategic Implication Process and Competitive Advantage in Context of Strategic Alliances: A Resource-Based View & Resource Dependence Perspective;  Competitive Advantage: Body of Knowledge Exploration; Ethically Full-Range Leadership: Exploratory and Confirmatory Factor Analyses; Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture, Learning Organization and Effectiveness of Subunits within Stations of Metropolitan Police Division: Path Analysis.

 
    Besides, he has cooperated with the public and private sectors to research in areas of both management and social development, for instance: Performance Evaluation of Child Protection Fund; Evaluation of 11 Years Performance of Disable People Rehabilitation Fund, both funding provided by Ministry of Social Development and Human Security; Provincial Governance Index: 2013, funding provided by USAID; Provincial Governance Index: TAK, funding provided by Political Development Fund for Civil Sector, Office of the Political Development Council, King Prajadhipok's Institute.
